What Event Porta Potty Service Covers
Last updated: November 2026
These terms apply to event porta potty rentals provided by GA Toilet Pros in Albany, Georgia. The specific order or written quote identifies the equipment, quantity, delivery location, rental period, servicing, pickup, and any other work included.
Standard service covers only the items and tasks listed in that order. Extra units, cleaning visits, restocking, pumping, holding tanks, hand-wash stations, accessible units, or changes to delivery and pickup require written approval and may affect the price.
The customer must provide safe, usable access and share accurate site details. Check with the City of Albany about special event permits and placement rules.
Waste handling must follow applicable Georgia on-site sewage management requirements and Georgia Environmental Protection Division rules for approved disposal facilities. The Clean Water Act prohibits unauthorized wastewater discharges.
OSHA construction-site sanitation rules and 2010 ADA requirements may apply depending on the site and event. Permit applications, site preparation, utility work, and services not listed in the order are excluded unless separately agreed.
Scheduling, Changes, and Cancellations
Delivery, servicing, and pickup dates are arranged with the customer and recorded in the quote or order. Provide the event date, delivery window, site address, access instructions, and expected attendance when requesting service.
A requested date is not confirmed until GA Toilet Pros accepts the order. Give notice of a cancellation or schedule change as soon as possible; any applicable charges or refund terms will be stated in the quote or order rather than assumed here.
Changes to unit count, equipment, rental period, placement, or service frequency need approval from GA Toilet Pros. A change may require a revised quote and may not be available on short notice.
We will explain any price or scheduling effect before proceeding when practical. Customers should promptly report site access problems, event changes, or conditions that could prevent delivery or pickup.
Weather, road closures, venue restrictions, and other circumstances outside either party’s control may affect timing. Contact us to discuss an alternate plan; no change is effective until confirmed.
Quotes, Charges, and Payment
A quote describes the equipment and work requested, rental dates, delivery location, and charges known at the time it is prepared. It is based on the details supplied by the customer.
If site conditions or requested services differ from those details, GA Toilet Pros may provide a revised quote before doing additional work. A quote is not a confirmed order until accepted by both parties through the agreed booking process.
Payment timing, accepted payment methods, taxes, deposits, and any cancellation charges will be stated in the quote or order. Review those details before approving service.
The customer is responsible for charges for approved additions or changes, subject to the revised terms provided. Do not assume that an unlisted service is included or that a change has been accepted without confirmation.
If a payment question or billing concern arises, contact GA Toilet Pros promptly and include the order details so it can be reviewed.
Service Quality and Warranty Terms
GA Toilet Pros will provide the rental and related work described in the accepted order. These terms do not create a separate workmanship warranty, fixed coverage period, or performance guarantee.
Any warranty or specific service commitment applies only if it is expressly stated in writing in the quote or order. Ask about a concern promptly and include the event date, order information, and a clear description of the issue so we can review it.
Coverage cannot be assumed for damage, misuse, unauthorized relocation, blocked access, excessive or improper use, or conditions caused by other people or vendors. The written order will control any agreed warranty terms and exclusions.
Equipment availability and servicing can depend on site access and conditions, so tell us about access restrictions before the event. Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
If you believe an agreed service was not completed as described, contact us using the details below.
Responsibility, Site Risks, and Liability
Customers are responsible for accurate site information, safe access, any required venue permissions, and following applicable rules. Check with the City of Albany about special event permits.
Depending on the work and site, Georgia on-site sewage rules, Georgia Environmental Protection Division disposal requirements, the Clean Water Act, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51, and the 2010 ADA Standards may apply. Customers should confirm applicable requirements with the relevant agency; listing them here does not determine which rules govern a particular event.
To the extent allowed by law, GA Toilet Pros is not responsible for pre-existing site conditions or losses caused by inaccurate information, restricted access, misuse, or events outside its reasonable control. Where a liability limit is legally permitted, GA Toilet Pros’ total responsibility for a claim related to a particular service will not exceed the amount paid for that service.
This does not limit liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit. Transport cargo-securement rules, including 49 CFR 393.100–393.136, apply where relevant to the transportation involved.

Service Expert at GA Toilet Pros
I started in portable sanitation after seeing how much a clean, well-placed restroom matters at outdoor events around Albany. I learned to plan for South Georgia heat and sudden rain, and I built the business to make delivery, servicing, and pickup easier for local hosts.
